Kinesiology is a holistic therapy that uses muscle response feedback to identify stress or imbalances in the body and mind. We adopt a whole-person approach, exploring the following areas of your health within your treatment sessions: Mental, Chemical, Physical, and Energetic. This provides a comprehensive assessment of your health challenges and helps us to get to the root of your symptoms. Here’s what each component typically involves:

1. Mental:

Mental aspects refer to the psychological and emotional factors that may be contributing to a person's health concerns. This can include stress, emotional trauma, belief systems, and thought patterns.

2. Chemical:

The chemical aspect focuses on the impact of nutrition and substances within the body, such as food sensitivities, allergies, nutritional deficiencies, and the effects of various substances on health.

3.Physical:

Physical aspects relate to the body's structural and mechanical well-being. This can involve assessing posture, muscle tension, exercise, joint alignment, and physical imbalances.

4. Energetic:

The energetic aspect refers to the body's energy flow and balance within the meridians.

Unlike talk-based approaches, kinesiology accesses the body's innate feedback system through muscle response feedback (aka muscle testing). This helps to uncover and support root causes (including subconscious stressors) faster and more directly, complementing coaching or therapy.

Yes. Kinesiology is highly effective at helping people regulate their nervous system, reduce stress responses, and increase emotional resilience—ideal for professionals managing high demands.

Kinesiology is not widely validated by mainstream medical studies, but it draws from applied physiology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and neuroscience-informed principles. Its value is best judged by results: consistent client-reported outcomes include reduced stress, better clarity, and improved well-being.

Sessions last 75 minutes. I offer in-person and remote sessions to maximise consistent support and availability.

Something comfortable and nothing too tight. Gym gear is ideal.

I recommend that you bring any medication and supplements that you are currently taking and any foods/skincare/household cleaning products that you would like me to test.

I will give you recommendations on what supplements to start taking, foods to include or remove from your diet & emotional work to continue at home. You can sometimes feel tired after your sessions, so I recommend allowing some time following your treatment to process.

Many clients notice positive change after the first session—whether it's increased focus, better sleep, or a calmer mind. Sustainable, longer-term results typically build over 3–6 sessions, depending on your goals and state of well-being.
